It's funny what you can get used to:
People learn to walk on coals
People eat gluten-free products
Children learn that they will not be picked up when they fall
Some deal with their lives
Others shift them into another reality
a separate entity to hold the joy and the pain

In knowing how this will end is like the smile on a baby's face.
