Today, I realized I've never heard the sound of water falling. I hear it as it hits other objects. I know water makes a noise because all falling objects do and yet......
Since water contains billions of micro-organisms, I suppose if you were able to track and amplify the sound of a rain drop it'd be something like "ahhhh!", "help me!", "I haven't even cellularly divided yet!"
